Scott Swingle graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance and a minor in MI/DSS and Wilmington University with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Mr. Swingle has been a Board Member of Meals on Wheels Delaware since 1994 while serving on various committees, and he has served as the Celebrity Chefs’ Beach Brunch Chair since 2003. Mr. Swingle is also actively involved in various community service groups including Past President and current Board Member of the Rehoboth Beach - Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce and Sussex County Advisory Board of Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Swingle lives in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
